LiveInRE ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Jonathan Hernandez, a real estate agent licensed in North Carolina and Texas, serving the Charlotte, NC and El Paso, TX metro areas. This policy explains what information we collect through liveinre.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form on the Site, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you provide it
• What you're looking to do (buy, sell, rent, or invest) and any message you send

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on the Site. Beyond what your browser or hosting provider (Vercel) logs for basic security and uptime purposes, the only automatic collection is this: the neighbourhood pages display an interactive map whose map imagery is loaded from CARTO, a third-party mapping provider. Loading that imagery discloses your IP address to CARTO, which handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not receive anything from CARTO about you, and the map does not track your location.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the Site is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Charlotte, NC or El Paso, TX real estate
• Match you with relevant listings, buyers, or resources
• Maintain records related to our business relationship, where applicable

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

How Your Information Is Handled

Form submissions on this Site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service, which transmits your submission to us by email. Formspree's handling of data in transit is governed by its own privacy policy. Beyond that, your information is stored only in our own email and business records.

Sharing With Third Parties

• Formspree, solely to deliver form submissions to us
• CARTO, which serves the map imagery on our neighbourhood pages and therefore receives your IP address when a map loads
• Other licensed real estate professionals, landlords, or property managers, but only when necessary to fulfill your specific request
• Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law

Data Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain business and transaction records, consistent with North Carolina and Texas real estate recordkeeping requirements.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing us at the address below. We will honor reasonable requests promptly.

Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
