Governing Law

Matters arising from real estate services in North Carolina are governed by North Carolina law, and will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Matters arising from real estate services in Texas are governed by Texas law, and will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas. Anything else arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site is governed by North Carolina law. In each case this is without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and nothing here limits any right or remedy you have under the law of the state where the property or service is located.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
